Andrew was Commanding Officer for Blue Moon, played by Captain Drake.

History

Andrew was brought over from Orange Star at a young age, and spent most of his life in Kansk. Throughout his life his nationality caused him to struggled to befriend anybody, though this ended upon entering military school at the order of his parents.
At his appointment he was aged 23.

Personality

A quiet person normally, however could be talkative. He was always ready to fight, ready to impress the people of Blue Moon.

Appearance

Average height and weight for his age; blue eyes; average brown hair. He wore a black suit jacket unzipped, his shirt untucked and open-necked without a tie with blue jeans.

Skills

Day-to-day: Any non-custom technology units benefitted from statistics of x1.2/x1.2, while custom units suffered with x0.9/x0.9.

CO Power: Basic Knowledge: Non-custom units gained statistics of x1.35/x1.35, and custom units x1.1/x1.1.

Super CO Power: Culture Mix: All non-custom units gain statistics of x1.4/x1.4, while all others are at x1.1/x1.1. Additionally, all enemy custom units cannot move or attack the next turn.
