Clara "Araceli" Moreno is a Commanding Officer for Green Earth in Macro Land.

Background
Clara was born in a small town in province of Bombarral in Macro Land. Prior to becoming a CO, Clara served for several years in the Green Earth Airforce as a pilot. She was quickly made a squadron leader due to her ability to command her wingmates. She caught the attention of the Green Earth Combined Forces (GECF) and was given the opportunity to become a CO. Initially she declined, however she was approached a few years later by Felix Klossner, who had been made Commander in Chief. Felix offered her not only the opportunity of CO, but also full command of Green Earth's vast air force. Clara accepted Felix's offer and began as a CO under him at the age of 31.
Personality
Clara is very strong willed and will never back down from a fight. She tries to force her stubbornness onto her subordinates and she demands a great deal out of her troops. Clara gets frustrated quickly when people do not listen to her orders.
