Black Hole is a country, native to the alternate universe, Wars World 17. They are the dominant country of their world.

History
Black Hole began life as the Black Hole Corporation, formed by Siegfried von Leiter, Hikaru Sato and Adric Fedorov. In time they grew to become of the the world's largest weapons research and manufacturing firms, eventually able to buy out most of their rivals and become the largest, most powerful company on the planet.
Seeking to improve their power base, they invaded Grey Meteor, conquering it within days. The Allied Nations of Cosmo Land - a loose alliance of Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth and Yellow Comet - grew concerned with their warmongering activities and decided to stop Black Hole before they conquered the rest of the world.
The Black Hole War was short but bloody. Blue Moon, the country that most aggressively opposed Black Hole, was systematically levelled and reduced to rubble. Yellow Comet's military was completely destroyed, and their capital city heavily damaged in battle. Seeing the damage Black Hole were doing, soon the rest of Allied Nations surrendered to their might. With time, the rest of the world came under their influence, with only Macro Land actively opposing the newly inaugurated Black Hole Alliance.
Politics
Black Hole is ultimately ruled by the Hierarch Council, a group of four individuals made up of the aforementioned three founders and Elizabeth Churchil. They decide the overall direction the Alliance takes in terms of science, military and society.
The day-to-day running of the Alliance to done by the Lower Council. This larger group decides how to carry out the Hierarch's will. Many people sit on this council, including the Commander-in-Chief, the President, and the Commanders of Industry & Science and Intel.
Alliance Breakdown
The Alliance is roughly divided into three parts;
- Orange Star largely deals with the military matters of the world. Their territory is the smallest and is largely populated by the soldiery of the world. In contains the world's barracks, military bases, and military academies.
- Green Earth is the largest section of the Alliance, and is concerned with the civilian population. Most of the population live within Green Earth, with large portions of the territory given over to farmland, and educational buildings.
- Blue Moon is the research and manufacturing wing of the Alliance. Their territory is heavily polluted and filled with laboratories, factories and other experimental facilities.
In the infrastructure reshuffle that followed the Black Hole War, Yellow Comet effectively ceased to exist, having it's territory divided amongst the other members of the Alliance.
