History
Early Life
Rebecca Ferro was born in Waldesland, to father Lance Ferro and mother Helena Ferro, and was preceded by her brother Hugo Ferro. The name "Ferro" was one often tied to military service, at least for the men. Her father had been a military man, for much of his life, and a highly regarded officer for as long as Becky could remember. Her mother was a part time office worker, but spent most of her time at home, while her father spent most of her time keeping in practice for military service, with the occasional tour of duty whenever it was demanded of him. While he occasionally got a scar of a wound from the battle field, that would only make Becky respect him more, and made her more fond of the stories of the battle's he'd been in. Her education had proven unexceptional, although she wanted to follow in her father's footsteps. When Becky was 13, her brother enlisted just as expected, and showed promise. However, 3 years later a surprise attack by an unknown assailants left her father dead and her brother missing in action. It was at this point Becky decided she had to join the army and find out who was responsible.
Enlistment
After she'd turned 18, Becky finally went ahead and enlisted in the Green Earth forces, even though that was something that a female Ferro had never done before. As it turned out, the majority of the barracks was also male, and were disinclined to take her seriously. However, she persevered, and it was soon brought to light that she had a high proficiency with explosive weapons. So much so she soon not only excelled, she started to smash the previous records. The people in charge decided she could be an effective commander, and transferred her to the academy.
Commander training
Becky soon found herself being told she could become a commanding officer of Green Earth; a development she did not expect, but one she could use to her advantage nonetheless. She kept her work up and continued her training, which revealed not only could she use Explosive weapons more effectively than normally possible, but she could command troops to that effect too. After a few years training and studying, she finally graduated, and was given an appointment as a Green Earth commander. She took a brief trip home before travelling to fulfil her duties and her promise to her late father.
Personality
Rebecca is a woman on a mission, and can be aggressive in combat. However, she also has a fondness for Military formality and is keen to prove herself to her superiors. Outside of military affairs however, she tries to keep a fairly approachable and informal attitude, if only to hide her true purpose.
