Board of Commanders

The Board of Commanders was a brief phase in Blue Moon's history, which began after the unfortunate passing of Tsar-General Boreas and subsequent missing of her SiC Procella. It was proposed by Petr to serve as an replacement for the two-legged leader system, where the COs would act as an democratic forum, not hindered by missing personnel. The existence of this system was witnessed by its Chairman Petr, The Secretary Lorin and by commanders Nikolai Zhukov and Wolf. In reality, the power within the board remained firmly in the Chairman's and his secretary's hands. The system was disbanded after Procella returned and assumed Commander-in-Chiefship following the original chain of command.
