History
A promising student from the Orange Star Military Academy, Boreas (nicknamed so because of his affinity for cold and snow) is well accustomed to the art of war. Graduating with high marks two years ago, he quickly approached the Blue Moon Army, making the logical decision that, as a cold-based CO, he would be a valuable asset to the frigid country. His superiors thought the same way, and Boreas has quickly climbed the ranks; the office of Tsar-General, the highest seat of power in the country, his eventual target. He became Tsar of Blue Moon aged 23.
Personality
Confident and collected, with a vindictive streak and a touch of moral absolutism. The only person he truly trusts is himself, but he holds his friends in high regard - and his enemies in derision.
