Professor Christopher 'Caligari' Davison is a Yellow Comet Commanding Officer, created and controlled by River.

History
Early life & education
Christopher Davison was born to Andrew and Tara Davison in Avalon, Green Earth. His parents are rich land-owners, and members of the highest of high society. As such, he and his little sister, Tegan, recieved the best education money could pay for, up until he was 18. In accordance with family tradition, Christopher was to go through university and higher education without financial support from his parents.
He contacted many companies and groups, looking for sponsorship or loans, eventually enrolling in the Green Earth military; in exchange for four years of service, the military would pay for his higher education completely.
With the money, high grades, and social status he'd aquired, he enrolled at the University of Portsmouth, the most prestigeous university in Green Earth, studying Physics, which he continued to study until he earned his phD. For his final thesis, he wrote about temporal mechanics and chronophysics.
It was during these years that he earned the nickname Caligari, named after the eponymous character from the old Earth film 'The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari', due to his eccentric personality.
Military service
Caligari served his time in the military in R&D, first completing his tenure in Green Earth, then spending the next three years working for various organisations around the world, including SMART and the Orange Star military R&D. Whilst in Orange Star, he helped research many of the advanced magnetic technology they now use, including supervising the design of the Xolotl Cannon's main weapon, although it wouldn't be used for another two years.
Eventually, he settled in Yellow Comet, much prefering the climate there. Again, working with military R&D, he designed a device called the Chroniton Rejuvinator. Largely the product of his own research and construction, only one prototype was ever made, and the plans and materials needed for construction of additional models were sealed away in a bank vault somewhere, with Caligari possessing the only key.
The device itself resembles a wooden cane, with an ornimental silver head. When actived, objects 'tagged' by Caligari revert to a past state, set by Caligari himself. He saw massive military potential in the device; if a tank was tagged, and the device activated, damage could be repaired. Applying for COship, to test his theories, he was eventually allowed to join the Yellow Comet military as a full CO.
Personality
Caligari is eccentric, prone to mood swings. He adds jokes to serious discussion, and seriousness to jovial conversations.
Relationships
Caligari has great respect for Ken, both for being the Emperor, and an accomplished military commander.
What little he has seen of Esquire so far has lead him to believe they're quite similar in nature.
He has intellectual respect for Hanako, considering her his intellectual equal.
