Motya Ustinova, also known as Dudulya, is the current Second-in-Command of Blue Moon in Macro Land.

Background
Motya, along with her twin brother Petya, joined the military at the age of 16. Her abilities were discovered two days before her brother's, meaning she entered officer training slightly early. As such, she has a higher rank than her brother.
Personality
Motya is a slight airhead with a bit of a childish side. However, she is able to knuckle down and take work seriously when she needs to be.
