A political officer, career climber, and sneaky man.

Appearance: Lucius is a medium sized man (5'5"), dressing always in the most recent officer's uniform and making it look good, but fully formal. He dyes his short black hair into sandy blonde, and has a lean physique. His only concession against the dress code is to wear his cap at a slightly jaunty angle.

Personality: A career soldier, more suited to politics than war. He has the easy grin of a skilled politician, and backs it up firm words, well thought out and clearly spoken. Loyal, but patriotic first.

History: Born to a military family, he practically grew up in the military academy, joining as a commisioned officer at an early age. His eyes were always facing up, eager for promotion. He distinguished himself not through battlefield action, but admittedly through his ability to play the other officers, and to please the Military Council. He was promoted into the Military Council after a while, his persuasive words and ability to study his opponents closely being deemed useful. He fought alongside Warfield in the First Alaran War, also serving as his political advisor. He was one of the few in the council against forcing Warfield into retirement, and tried to remain in contact with him in the yeas since.

He returns now to serve Warfield as his political advisor again, at the request of the Council. He may have the abilities and training of a CO, but he intends to side with the Orange Star Council first, and his fellow officers second.
