Terrance Farkas is the civilian President of Black Hole, created and controlled by River. He's also known by his CO alias as Eastwood, and is the alternate realty parallel of Farkas.

Appearance
Eastwood looks very similar to Farkas. He sports a thick mustache, and long graying hair, that he ties back almost constantly. His receeding hairline is hidden almost all the time by a black cowboy hat he wears. He usually wears a black teeshirt tucked into his jungle camo-trousers, with large black combat boots, that he has retained from his former military career.
History
Pre-Black Hole War
Before the Black Hole campaign, Eastwood was field marshall of Green Earth, serving alongside alternate versions of Don, Madison and Raoul. Shortly before the war, he and Ironside fell in love and were married, cementing a solid alliance between Green Earth and Blue Moon. After Blue Moon declared war on Black Hole, in an effort to halt their systematic expansion over Cosmo Land, Green Earth joined them, soon followed by the rest of Cosmo Land.
The War
Green Earth was assaulted from all sides during the conflict, it's navy taking the brunt of the invasion. After the war took a turn for the worse, with the destruction of the Black Hole airborne aircraft carrier Valiant over Yellow Comet and their subsequent surrender, he and a Odin pushed for peace with Black Hole. His wife, however, was vehemently against peace, and broke away from the alliance, briefly ending their marriage. Distraught, he surrendered Green Earth to Black Hole, alongside Orange Star.
Post-War
After Black Hole overran Blue Moon, he personally recovered his wife's body from the ruins of their headquarters, bringing her back to Black Hole. She was fitted in her chair, and her life was saved, which went some way to repairing their relationship. Retiring from the military, he was given the position of President, and Green Earth was given the job of administrating the ruling over the civilian population of Cosmo Land.
Personality
Eastwood is a relatively calm person, laid back and relaxed most of the time. He speaks very informally, and friendly with everyone no matter how well he knows them.
Relationships
Eastwood is married to Ironside, and together they have a daughter called Katerina, after one of her old COs.
He often finds himself butting heads with Odin, especially on strategic matters, but deep down they are good friends.
