Economic Stimulus Package

The Economic Stimulus Package was an economy-based technology developed by Blue Moon. Boreas, the then Tsar-General, felt that more income could be squeezed out of every city's economy, which would be greatly beneficial to the country's armed forces. The basis of the improvement in income came from investing extra money into each local economy, thereby stimulating the industries and commerce. The scheme was discontinued in 2010 however, in the aftermath of the Macro Land conflict.
