Electromagnetic Pulse

Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) is a unit upgrade created by Yellow Comet. It has two effects: rendering "high tech" units immobile and "low tech" units with 0.8x their usual attack and defensive strength.
Specifications
- Units that can recieve this upgrade: Frigate, Battleship, Missiles, Rockets
- Cost: 20,000G
- Time: 5 days.
- Description: upgraded units can opt to launch an EMP weapon instead of normal fire.
- Range: 2-7
- Radius: same as Granit (1 radius)
- Effect: stuns 'high tech' units: All air, All sea, Rockets, Missiles, Spec Ops, Hoverflaks, Artillerycraft, HAPT
- Lowers stats by 20/20 for 'low tech' units: Infantry, Mech, Bike, Rig, Recon, Tank, Md.Tank, War Tank, Anti-Air, Anti-Tank, Flamethrower, Siege Tank, APT
- If stunned while hidden, that unit does not rehide until they are able to move again. (EG: you shoot, stun them. Their turn, still stunned. Your turn, able to still see them. Their turn, if not stunned, can now hide again). Effect can be done on allied units.
- 5 ammo.
- 50 percent of unit cost to upgrade current units. New units will have this automatically on them.
