Emi Hayashi is to be a Commanding Officer from Yellow Comet.

History

Childhood

Emi is the daughter of Reiko and Masamune Hayashi, she was born and raised in Nobuvetsu away from the Imperial Capital and the potential duties that she may one day have to fulfill. Even when she was young Emi was a tornado of energy causing havoc and mischief wherever she went. She was appointed a guardian, Fate Miyazaki, to watch over her and try to keep he rout of trouble. This proved fruitless as Fate was called away from Emi's side to help her father quite frequently. Every few months Emi was sent away to visit some of her relatives to give the servants a short break from her and her antics. It was during these visits to her relatives that she became acquainted with people such as Greg.

Personality

Emi is loud and rude, she rarely thinks before saying anything thus she says whatever is on her mind, regardless of current company. She likes to believe she is better then most people due to her royal bloodline. Though a young adult Emi is still a child at heart and acts that way too.

Day-to-day: For every unit of the same type she has, that unit gains a modifier of x1.05/1. However due to her in experience in combat, all units start with a modifier of x0.85/1.

CO Power: : For every unit of the same type under Emi's command, that unit gains a modifier of x1.1/1 that replaces the D2D boost, but not the penalty. All units have their statistics multiplied by x1.1/1.1.

Super CO Power: : For every unit of the same type under Emi's command, that unit gains a modifier of x1.1/1.1 that replaces the D2D boost, but not the penalty. All units have their statistics multiplied by x1.1/1.1.

CO Meter: xxxXXX

Note: "Type" refers to the same unit. So if Emi has 5 Tanks she would gain x1.05^5 to their attack (During D2D). This does not apply to Md. Tanks or other forms of Tanks. That is considered a different "type". So the more of the same unit Emi has the stronger that specific unit becomes.
