Green Earth (full title: The Kingdom of Green Earth, formerly The Green Earth Coalition of Nations) is one of four nations that are present within the AWRP. Loosely based upon the Green Earth present within the Advance Wars series, Green Earth is a peninsula made up of six sub-nations based loosely on the European Union. It is protected by the Nasjonale Haer (formerly known as the Coalition Defence Force or CDF).

Nations

Avalon

Avalon is based on The United Kingdom with elements of The Netherlands. It is known for its extensive iron mines and shipyards. Its capital city Portsmouth is home to the famous Portsmouth Naval Academy, where Madison trained. Other notable Avalonians include the late CO Don, Orange Star's commander-in-chief Dart and Caligari. Avalon was one of the three nations that sided with Macro Land when Thor seperated the CDF from the rest of the Coalition.

Avalon seperated from the rest of Green Earth, no longer wanting to be part of the alliance. However, they recently elected to rejoin Green Earth due to the recent changes in administration.

Le Territoire D'Or

Le Territoire D'Or (trans: The Golden Territory) is based on France, with some elements of Andorra and Belgium. Named after its golden crop fields, D'Or is also known for its vehicle plants. Its capital city is Esmerelda. It was held by Macro Land during the Macro Land Invasion but was taken by the Coalition by Thor and Rosabella.

Svenskanavia

Svenskanavia derives heavily from Scandinavia, especially Sweden. The majority of the graduates from the Stockholmsvik Academy go on to become members of the CDF's special forces (Mech and Flamethrower) units. Thor hails from Svenskanavia and as such, Svenskanavia was sided with the CDF. After the Macro Land war, it was crowned as the new capital province of Green Earth, with Oernskoeld being the new capital city.

Waldesland

Waldesland is based on Germany, Austria and Hungary. It is named after the forests that surround the mountain range in the centre of the country. Many of Green Earth's previous heads of state and Field Marshals hail from Waldesland, the few that didn't being from Avalon (except Viola and later, Thor). Waldesland sided with Macro Land during the war but was retaken.

Italicolo

Italicolo is based on Italy and Iberia. Many technicians and scientists come from Italicolo, including former Field Marshal Viola Abandonato, who was born in the capital, Roma Grande (trans: Great Rome), along with her twin sister Rosabella, a recently appointed CO. It also boasts a thriving tourism industry and exports large amounts of wine to the rest of Wars World. It is also likely that Hunter's family are from Italicolo. Like Svenskanavia, Italicolo sided with Thor.

Nugoslavia

Nugoslavia is the only country in Wars World not to have a permanent capital city. It is derived from the former Yugoslav states as well as Turkey. Many of the regular infantry troops and NCOs hail from Nugoslavia. The former CO and would-be duke Stevan also hails from this nation. Nugoslavia was one of the nations that sided with Thor.

L'isola di Vesuvio

L'isola di Vesuvio was assimilated into the Coalition at a later date. A former vassal state of Grey Meteor under SMART, Viola led a liberation force and quelled the SMART forces there. Its name is inspired by its synthetic volcano base and is named after Mt. Vesuvius. Feeling indebted to the CDF, Vesuvio sided with Thor in the Macro Land War.

The Nasjonale Haer

The new Nasjonale Haer was formed from the remnants of the Coalition Defense Force, the previous military institution of Green Earth. Its leader is Adrian Sheppard, who holds the rank of Krigsherre (Warlord). Other ranks include Storgenerelle (Grand General), Stormarskalk (Grand Marshall), Storadmiralen (Grand Admiral) and Kaptein (Captain) of the Royal Guard.
