History
Caitlin was a rather outgoing young girl, growing up in an average middle class household in northern Orange Star In high school she discovered her musical talent, and became a young, budding rock star. She was preparing for her first real concert, for a paying crowd in the nearby city of, when she learned that "Blue Moon terrorists", had blown up a car bomb and killed her parents. She was not seen at the concert, and when police went to check her house they found here there, crying while she worked, cleaning dishes.
She abandoned her dreams of being a musician and studied military tactics in secret, focusing on her best subjects in school. At 19 she joined the military and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a CO aged 27.
Personality
She was completely focused on efficiency and her current goals, so much so that she changed her name to John because it was easier and quicker to say. She showed no compassion for her soldiers, but when they followed her directions correctly, they have extreme power. She also believed that whenever she made a plan, it was right.
Appearance
She was of average build, and at about 5'8" in height. She had black hair, blue eyes, and typically wore a leather jacket, shorts, and combat boots.
