Description
About the same height as Sami, she’s slightly pale with long azure hair with a slight black tint. Ivory white teeth make for a good grin, even more so when the units start rushing forward. Often seen wearing a simple khaki uniform.
Personality
Following first impressions is a bad habit of Katsumi's, making a bad one will either bring out her sarcastic side if you blundered something up or leave her as rude you as you were to her. Otherwise she tries to not cause problems. Making snap judgments off an initial impression of a situation is another bad habit that's useful in combat that doesn't help score points in a diplomatic setting.
The other side of the coin is that work assigned to her gets done, there is nothing unopened in her inbox, and she gets along great with you if you can finish whatever she assigns you before she asks the third time.
