Lazarus

Cleveland Hoppus, also known as Lazarus, was the Commander-in-Chief of Orange Star in Macro Land.

Background

Lazarus rose through the ranks from being a special operations soldier, and has been at the helm in Macro Land for twelve years. He was instrumental in allowing Cosmo Land's Orange Star full independence approximately nine years ago, and is now spearheading a drive to regain control of the nation.

At the end of the Macro Land invasion he was captured and summarily executed by Dart, together with Orville.

Personality

Lazarus was a very charming, albeit forceful person, and would stop at nothing to get what he wants. His charming ways could sometimes come across as fake, which naturally, was quite often close to the truth.

Relationships

He genuinely tried to keep relations between himself and the other leaders strong, if only for greater personal gain for his own nation. As such, he had positive relations with all Macro Land leaders, and most commanding officers in the other nations.

Skills

Day-to-day: Every time a unit has been in contact, either through attacking, or being attacked, it will self heal by 1HP. However, Lazarus' units suffer from daily statistics of 100/85.

CO Power: Regenerate: The self-healing capabilities are increased to 2HP for the turn. All units benefit from 110/95 statistics.

Super CO Power: Resurrection: Self-healing increases to 4HP for one turn, and all units have a boost in statistics to 110/95.
