History

Born in Avalon, Leroy grew up in the outskirts of Portsmouth. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the police academy, and succesfully completed the course and worked with the police force for three years, after which he decided to quit. His reasons for it were that he felt out of place. After a year of moping around and doing small part-time work at a number of places, he decided that what he really needed was some discipline, so he joined the army. It was during this time that his powers were discovered. Leroy himself always thought it was natural, because he didn't feel very special at all. Still, this allowed him to take special courses and become an officer, which he accepted gratefully, seeing it as a new challenge in his life.

Personality

Leroy is a happy-go-lucky fellow who tries to see the bright side to everything, above and beyond the point where it gets kind of annoying. He's often very impulsive and whimsical, and has trouble with planning ahead.
