The alternate universe is a parallel version of Wars World where Black Hole reside. There is a parallel version of every character, and this is a list of the important ones, organized alphabetically by surname.

Rosabella Abandonato - A civilian, never joined the military. Has the powers to cross over to other universes.
Viola Abandonato - A civilian, never joined the military. Has the powers to cross over to other universes.
B
Raoul Bellenger - A former Green Earth CO, Eastwood's former SiC. Sits on Odin's council as a General.
C
Robert Chase - A ruthless and wealthy businessman, never joined the military. Provided a lot of capital to the Heirarch Council when Black Hole was originally formed.
Elizabeth Churchill - One of the four original Black Hole COs. Not much else is known about her.

Terrance Farkas - Formerly Green Earth's Field Marshall, now retired from the military. He serves as Black Hole's civilian president, but sometimes still commands armies under the CO alias Eastwood.
G
Dan Gallagher - A former Orange Star CO, now an Admiral on Odin's military council. Head of Black Hole's navy.
Gregor Gordrech - Puppet emperor of Yellow Comet, serves as a Black Hole CO called Stonewall.
Katerina Goryanova - Ironside's former second-in-command, killed when Blue Moon was bombed by Black Hole. Ironside's daughter is named after her.

Ingvar Halgrind - Eastwood's butler.
Emi Hayashi - Took her uncle's surname, Kobayashi, and heads a resistance group as the true Empress of Yellow Comet, the Amazons.

Madison Kelton - A former Green Earth CO, now sits on Odin's council as second-in-command of the navy.
Ken Kobayashi - The weak-willed former Emperor of Yellow Comet. Lost the Yellow Comet Civil War to Stonewall, and was executed for his troubles.

Siegfried von Leiter - One of the four original Black Hole COs. Not much else is known about him.
Eva Lorin - Blue Moon's last Tsarina, heavily injured in Black Hole's bombings. Now wheelchair bound, and head of Black Hole's Science & Industry as Ironside.

Vladimir Mechanus - A former Orange Star CO, retired from the military early to become a highly successful diplomat.
Fate Miyazaki - Emi's former guardian, now fights alongside her as part of the Amazons.
Alexandr Molotov - A former Blue Moon CO, now serves as Ironside's aide as Molotov.
Hanako Mori - A former Yellow Comet CO, SiC to Ken. Executed by Stonewall.
O
Maria Onette - A former Orange Star CO. Now serves Black Hole as Eris, acts as the Council's enforcer and informant, and second-in-command to Odin.
Stanley Orwell - Chase's business partner, just as wealthy as ruthless as he is.
R
James Riley - An Orange Star soldier, never became a CO. Continues to serve on the front lines.
T
Johnathan Taylor - Former CiC of Orange Star, now Lord-General of Black Hole's entire armed forces under the pseudonym Odin.
