Lykourgos Vasilakis was a Commanding Officer from Green Earth.

History

Born on the island directly between Nugoslavia and Italicolo, in a city called Kapodistrias. Later moved to Avalon to study warfare, and then decided to join the Green Earth army at the age of 23. Only recently it has become known to him that he has CO Powers, and he was selected to become a Commanding Officer. Now he has a villa outside Sicilio, where he lives during the weekends.

Personality

Ambitious and cunning, willing to go to great lengths to assure victory. Friendly to comrades, unless provoked. Mood prone to changes.
