Madison Kelton (known as simply Madison, or Maddie to some), is currently a Commanding Officer for Orange Star and is controlled by JoJo where she is Fleet Admiral and was recently promoted to the position of Second-in-Command by Warfield. Formerly she was a CO and Admiral of the Navy in Green Earth.

History
Early Years
Born in Rye Beach, a small, coastal "backwater" town close to Cray Port on Dakota Island, Madison was of dual nationality, having been born to a Starrian mother and Earthian father. They lived on her mother's small family farm where she had lived all her life and which she still managed, while her father was thought to have been a merchant navy sailor hailing from Haverfordwest in Avalon. However, during her time as a CO in Orange Star, she discovered he had in fact worked in Orange Star intelligence alongside the former CO Grey Fox.
With no brothers or sisters, Madison spent her early years with her mother (and father whenever he was granted leave), and when she wasn't at school or helping on the farm, she was drawn to the ocean, happily spending her days on the beach and in the sea.
It was her almost inexplicable passion for the seas that had her aiming to become a marine biologist after school, though when her biology grades weren't high enough for her to get into college, she went for the next best option for her - the Orange Star Navy.
As a soldier
She joined the Orange Star Navy upon leaving school, and after completing her basic training was enlisted into the Orange Star Naval Academy at Cray Port. She was fast-tracked through the ranks, even more so once the first signs of CO powers shone through. This resulted in her being inducted into the Officer Candidate School for further training.
She was almost ready to graduate and accept her first position on board a ship when the First Dakota War broke out, and the CDF blockaded the academy until Dakota Island was under Green Earth control. When Orange Star did nothing to release their soon-to-be officers, Madison felt disillusioned with and abandoned by Orange Star, and so when Green Earth gave the option to the recruits to either remain with Orange Star or transfer to Green Earth, she chose to transfer to Green Earth.
In Green Earth
Once she transferred to Green Earth, she completed her training at Portsmouth Naval Academy in Avalon before quickly being promoted to being a CO under Viola. Shortly after that she became the Admiral of the CDF Navy.
The SMART Campaign
Her first involvement in conflict was against SMART towards the end of the ongoing conflict. Fighting alongside Thor, they successfully fought through, alongside the other nations, to corner the SMART leader in their headquarters. It was during the end of this conflict that Madison first came into contact with Dart, who unceremoniously executed the leader.
The Second Dakota War
The next time Madison was involved in any notable issues was at the start of the Second Dakota War, where she and Don were sent to Dakota to try and quell civilian uprisings. However, in a series of events that unfolded, Madison found herself as a prisoner, and Orange Star and Green Earth returning to war with each other.
She found herself in the custody of Dart, and over the course of her imprisonment on the Orange Star ship the Oppenheimer, she quickly developed feelings for the CO. She was eventually released back into Green Earth's custody, where after being allowed back to duty she struggled to re-integrate. After two altercations with Viola, she was taken off duty for a week to set herself straight, and following a break on the Waldeslandian coast she was on course for a return to duty. That changed however, with the discovery of information regarding the demise of Dart's pirate colleagues, and Project Sterminio, resulting in Madison fleeing to Dakota Island.
In Orange Star
Following a rendezvous with Dart in Dakota City, Madison was taken back to Westhaven for her own safety, and became a resident of Liberty Spire, as Dart felt it was the safest place for her.
Her presence in Orange Star was kept under wraps as an international manhunt was launched by Green Earth, however the former CO Merlin informed Green Earth of her whereabouts in exchange for a sizeable reward. Green Earth didn't act upon the information however, with Viola claiming that having Madison and Dart "taken out" by somebody not under her direct jurisdiction would be "shallow".
For several weeks she acted only as an assistant to Dart, however shortly before the Macro Land invasion, she was promoted to CO.
Return to Green Earth
As the invasion began, due to several COs being absent, Madison was left in charge at Liberty Spire, and therefore became temporary Second-in-Command. Upon the return of Grey Fox, he didn't appreciate her new position, and proceeded to inform Viola of her whereabouts. This time Viola acted upon the information and detained Madison, returning her to Green Earth where she was held prisoner.
After seemingly being held for the Field Marshal's entertainment, she was tried over the charges of espionage and high treason when Thor was unexpectantly put in charge. She was found guilty, and sentenced to death, however Thor overturned the death penalty, instead exiling her from all Green Earth territories on the threat of a "traitor's death" for the rest of her life.
The Macro Land War
Following her return to Orange Star, Madison was called into action on two occasions: alongside Joshua firstly, and alongside Dart on the second occasion.

In the second of a number of battles against Macro Land's Orange Star, Madison was Joshua's tag partner in what was a primarily land-based battle, with Joshua instigating the main push west towards the coast and Vicksburg Naval Port. Madison took control to command a major assault during a well timed tag power, wiping out a large portion of the enemy force in a short space of time to help seal victory.

The second occasion Madison took part in an assault, it was alongside her partner in the fourth engagement against Macro Land. It was as a result of Chase and his expeditionary force engaging the enemy and suffering heavy losses that the two fought the enemy one more time, and again Madison waited in the sidelines while Dart instigated the initial losses, before taking command to cause significant losses during a tag power. Again, the battle resulted in a victory.
Personality
Madison is a passionate, down-to-earth individual and usually chirpy. Though once seen by many colleagues to be naive, her naivety was replaced by a degree of cynicism as a result of previous treatment by Chase and Grey Fox. At one point, following Grey Fox's actions in sending her to Green Earth, she closed her deep feelings off to anybody but Dart. This has started to change in recent months, though she still doesn't open up to many, and it is an exception to the rule when it happens. Over time she has become fiercely loyal to Orange Star, and is deeply offended whenever her past in Green Earth is brought up in conversation.
Initially Madison spoke with a highly distinctive Dakotan drawl, though as her responsibilities built in her work, so her accent and dialect lessened. It still shows strongly whenever she's emotional, whether it be through anxiety or anger.
Relationships
Madison was in a romantic relationship with Dart, having developed feelings for him as early as their first meeting following SMART's defeat, though his disappearance following his removal from leadership changed things. Otherwise, she feels she can trust and get along with the incumbent leader, Warfield.
While she and Suzi have worked together for some time now, she still feels dislike and distrust towards her which wasn't helped by Suzi's tendency to air her dislike of Madison's Earthian past. While she will be civil, she will go no further. She also feels deep distrust towards Dune, stemming from his political history prior to returning to the armed forces and how she knows very little about him. Tyke tends to annoy her with his womanising tendencies, though recognises this is mostly harmless... probably. She otherwise feels neutral towards remaining Starrian COs, if only because she knows little of them and they remain distant to her.
She started on a particularly bad footing with Grey Fox and held a deep dislike for him following his actions in returning her to Green Earth, though as time went on and they lost the mutual distrust in each other, Madison found herself respecting and even looking up to Grey Fox as some form of a role model. She was deeply affected by his death during an attack on the Spire, and has since found herself appreciating him more. While she hasn't decided to directly avenge his death, she has vowed to protect Orange Star to the best of her abilities.
Viola, the former Field Marshal strikes fear in Madison, while Thor and the current chief Adrian do this to lesser extents. She feels deeply uncomfortable when thinking, or dealing with, her ex-comrades in Green Earth, and Raoul's apparent assassination attempt only worked to reinforce this.
