The Naginata Hornet Missile Helicopter, often shortened to simply Naginata, is a custom unit developed and used by Yellow Comet. It is the first helicopter of its kind - an Indirect, anti-air copter created by Shiroichi Maeda following the events of the Alaran War to better defend the country against Orange Star's air units, and specifically the Heavy Helicopter. Because its missiles are tailor-made for the helicopter's radically different frame, they are weaker and pack less range than standard missiles, but are offset by the Helicopter's mobility and deployable versatility for a relatively low cost compared to the standard Missiles.
