CO Richard "Omega" Korolov is a Blue Moon commanding officer. A specialist in psychological warfare, Omega rose through the ranks largely by manipulating his superiors, but his effectiveness has been proved on the battlefield before.

A specialist in psychological warfare, Omega rose through the ranks largely by manipulating his superiors, but his effectiveness had been proved on the battlefield before. He became a CO at the age of 44.
Death
Omega's body was found in southern Blue Moon, killed by a gunshot to the head. His body was found less that 24 hours after Lorin's.
Personality
Omega was a man with a disturbing aura; rumours said staying around him for too long results in depression and weakness. In battle he showed little regard for casualties, and was more than willing to turn his "dark aura" against his foes.
Skills
Day-to-day: All units are bland when CO Powers are not in effect.
CO Power: Dark Aura: All enemy units receive 2HP damage, while all of Omega's units receive boosts of x1.1/x1.1.
Super CO Power: Wave of Despair: All enemy units receive 2HP damage, while all of Omega's units are healed by 2HP. Omega's units also receive the standard boost of x1.1/x1.1, not stacked with the COP boosts.
