Orange Star Military Council

The Orange Star Military Council was a political structure in charge of Orange Star's military prior to Zephyr's appointment as Commander-in-Chief. It was thought to be incredibly slow and bogged down by procedure and buraeuracy, and political unrest in Orange Star eventually caused the disbanding of the Council in favour of the current system. Known members of the Council include Zephyr and Eustace.

At the time of it's disbanding, the Council was chaired by Grand General Peter Montgomery.

A similar, but unrelated, council governs Orange Star as a whole - the Orange Star Parliamentary Council - and seems to have a large, if not total, say in who is current Commander-in-Chief of Orange Star's military.
