The Orange Star Parliamentary Council is the group of people who control Orange Star politically. The Council is headed by a Chairman. This seat is currently held by William Richmond.

It is this Council who have the final say on who is current Commander-in-Chief of Orange Star's military, since the abolition of the Military Council.
