History
Early Life
Born and raised in Prox, Albert's parents were immigrant factory workers who moved there at the behest of his uncle. Had a normal childhood with two major incidents. One involving a homemade chopper and his best friend and another involving a boat and the same friend. Not suprisingly he developed an acute fear of flying and sailing after that.
Enlistment
When he became old enough, he enlisted at the Motorised and Armoured Corps. He rose through the ranks quickly mostly through the help of his uncle and his CO powers. After a few years got promoted to a command position.
Promotion to CO
After the Alaran War, the urgent need for CO's and his CO power guaranteed him a position as a Blue Moon CO.
