Katerina Joanna Goryanova, also known as Procella is the former commander-in-chief of Blue Moon. She was controlled by JoJo.

History
Early Life
Katerina was born in Enola, a small mountain town in Ozark, Orange Star, which was previously known as Mayminsky and under Moonian control. She was born into a strong Moonian bloodline, and was the middle of three children. Little is known about her childhood.
Aged 14 however, in an old conflict between Blue Moon and Orange Star, her home town, and it's entire region became a warzone, and the residents of the town fled for their lives. Katerina's family fled to the cover of the Alara Range, a mountainous and forested region between the two countries, and hid there until conflict had died down in the area. It is thought by Katerina, and the armed forces medics, that her abilities proliferated during this time, and possibly due to her experiences, and aged 15, having lied about her age, she left her family, and her final year of education, to enlist in the armed forces - something she had felt compelled to do having experienced warfare first hand.
Life in the Forces
Having fooled the enlisters that she was seventeen (the minimum age for joining the armed forces in Blue Moon), she completed basic training and was posted to a rifles regiment, as during her training it was noted by superiors that she had a keen eye for distance shooting. While it was not known at the time, this was her first display of her CO abilities, however these became more apparent when she then was transferred to an Artillery regiment.
Her first true display of her abilities was when she was 21, in a training exercise in Roistrona. In what became one of many of her shows of insubordination, she disobeyed her lieutenant's direct orders and showed exceptional skill in rushing their group of men across an exposed stretch of plain to the nearest woodland while under constant (dummy) shell and machine gun fire. Her superiors couldn't believe what they had seen - she was only the second female in the country's history to exhibit abilities. As a result, she was immediately promoted to a rank in which she could be sent to officer training school in Prox, to be prepared for a potential future as a CO.
She excelled in the practical aspects of her officer training, however was only average in the paper-based aspects. One matter that constantly marked her reports however, was her continual insubordination. Her superiors did not like it, and she was pulled in front of court martials on a couple of occasions, though little came of them. She never insubordinated for little reason, though it still landed her in trouble. Still, she eventually graduated from the school, but wasn't called to take a CO position due to the marks against her name.
Appointment as General
Upon the death of Kalashnikov, arguably their most renowned Tsar-General, Boreas was promoted to the position in his void. While Kalashnikov had respect for Katerina, he never appointed her, though Boreas immediately appointed her, not only as a CO, but as his General. By this point she was 23 years old, and had served the Motherland for eight years already.
Appointment as Tsarina-General
Boreas' reign was brought to an abrupt end by a car accident in Prox just over a month into his tenure, and though Katerina would be his successor, she disappeared for a number of months, unable to cope with the loss of her leader. Lorin took charge in her absence, however upon returning, Katerina made it clear that she intended to take her rightful position, so in early 2009, became Tsarina-General.
