History
Before the CDF
Rosabella was born on 1st August, 26 years ago, a few minutes before her identical twin, Viola. Her parents ran a pest extermination business.
Rosabella had an interest in performing arts from a young age and became a qualified and reasonably accomplished actress, until Viola was appointed as a CO. She had an interest in performing arts as her academic grades were always slightly worse than Viola's. The bitterness and anger she got from being overlooked stayed with her.
As Viola's body double
When Viola was appointed as an officer, Rosabella was offered a job as her body-double. As such, she went into officer training in order to fulfill some of Viola's duties. She was initially used mostly to distract the press when Viola returned from missions abroad.
Viola has set Rosabella some very high-profile tasks such as imitating her right under the noses of other COs. She has done so in Orange Star while on a diplomatic mission to unite the other nations of Cosmo Land to unite against SMART. She later filled in for Viola as Field Marshal in Green Earth when she took some leave to recover from her injuries in the Second Dakota War.
Appointment as CO
During the Macro Land War, Rosabella orchestrated a chain of events that would lead to Viola suffering a major mental breakdown while keeping Madison Kelton prisoner. Rosabella was forced to take the worst of Viola's wrath, which ended up with the two of them locked in a prison cell with a guard while Viola used her Poison Gas CO Power on a local scale, due to her twisted mental state. Rosabella survived the gas, unlike the guard, which hinted at her being immune to poisoning, the same as her sister. This was something that Rosabella had anticipated due to their similar upbringings and genetic makeup.
Viola fainted in the cell, so Rosabella called for medical assistance. She also called for Thor and tried to convince him to take over as Maresciello di Campo Superiore. For a while Thor did all the commanding while Rosabella impersonated her sister as the figurehead, in an attempt to cover up what happened. Rosabella's only battle in command came against the Macro Land CO Araceli.
Downfall
After Thor had initiated the retaking of Le Territoire D'Or, Rosabella moved in and did the vast majority of the damage to Araceli's units, wiping out virtually every single one. She had no role in the retaking of Avalon (carried out solely by Thor and Hanako) but later informed Thor of Viola's location. Rosabella was sent to Yellow Comet to find an agent who could break Rosabella out. She hired a female ninja called Kiku Kurosawa, who carried out the mission.
Viola was unwilling to come home at first due to her belief that Thor and Rosabella had deliberately put her in the Wagner-Jauregg Institute. Kiku convinced her otherwise and they came home. Viola confronted Thor and Rosabella about the situation and Rosabella confessed everything, leading to her suspension of duty and imprisonment.
Personality
At first Rosabella was a lot more mellow than her sister, but also a lot more aloof. She tended to avoid getting too close to other people since it could jeapordise her successfully imitating Viola, who is currently single. She was able to successfully imitate many of Viola's mannerisms and even shared some with her. For example, both had a preference for tall, muscular men.
Rosabella's personality has taken a drastic turn for the worse since her appointment as CO. She sees nothing in belittling others both directly and behind their backs. She also has a violent temper and little tolerance for those who she believes has wronged her. She also took on Viola's patriotism and feelings of Green Earthian superiority, but twisted them to the point that she sees Italicolo and Svenskanavia as the superior nations in Green Earth.
Relationships
As noted above, Rosabella avoids forming strong relationships with others and is only really close with Viola. However, she did have a small crush on Dart. She is also friendly, but not overly, with Viola's former secretary, Tabea.
Although she is technically the same rank as Raoul, she views herself as his superior, claiming that she deserves that placement as she led the Cosmo Land forces to victory against D'Orrians who were loyal to Macro Land, supposedly proving that the Italicolonians are superior to D'Orrians. She also distrusts Taylor due to her being from Avalon, another region which was under Macro land occupation.
Rosabella appeared to get on with Viola, but harboured intense hatrid for her stemming from Viola's constant superiority, as perceived by virtually everyone. This got to the point where Rosabella plotted to have Viola removed from her position and sectioned.
Skills
Like Viola, Rosabella has an immunity to toxins.
Day-to-day: Due to her being an unexperienced CO, Rosabella never found a specialty and as such, her units have no stat modifiers on a day-to-day basis barring tech, tags etc.
CO Power: Choking Breeze: Enemy units suffer 1HP of damage and have their attack and defence multiplied by 0.95. Rosabella's units have their stats multiplied by 1.1.
Super CO Power: Agent Purple: Enemy units suffer 2HP of damage and have their attack and defence multiplied by 0.8. Rosabella's units have their stats multiplied by 1.1.

Trivia
- Like the rest of PanicAttack's characters, Rosabella's name is derived from flowers. Rosabella simply means "beautiful rose" in Italian.
- Like her twin sister, Juliet Viola, Rosabella's middle name is derived from a Shakespeare character. Miranda is the female lead character from The Tempest.
