History
Early Life
Julia was born in Prox, after her parents Ben and Julienne(nee Golikov) Osborne were married for just 4 years. Her parents were enterprising people in the business world, and so she never saw as much of them as she'd have liked. When she first went to school she was alienated from her peers by her higher wealth, which caused her to become somewhat self-reliant. She often found herself sitting around in the local park for hours on end, while enjoying the scenery. Her parents soon had her transferred to a private school, but she still didn't make too many friends. However, she worked fairly hard and managed to secure a degree in Business studies, minoring in botany.
Travelling
After she graduated, she decided she'd had enough of the city life, and that she wanted to go out and admire the natural beauty of Cosmo land that she had become so fond of. She ran went of a number of solo expeditions across the various landscapes, returning to work for her parent's company so she could fund her next trip.
However, on one fateful trip everything changed. When Julia was hiking on the Alara mountain range, the area was suddenly hit by a freak Blizzard. While Julia had plenty of supplies, the visibility had been extremely reduced and the wind was blisteringly cold. However, Julia somehow caught sight of a cave not too far away, and managed to find shelter until the blizzard had past. However, Julia found herself out of Provisions, and barely able to move through after the snowfall. Fortunately, she had an emergency flare, which was spotted by a group of Blue Moon troops on a training exercise, and she was rescued, and lifted to a nearby base. When being treated, it was discovered that she in fact had a CO power, which had saved her life. it didn't take her long to enlist in gratitude for saving her life.
Military
As soon as she enlisted into the Blue Moon military, her abilities got her noticed and she was trained to be a commanding officer. Her powers seemed to be related to her knowledge and passion for terrain, which could be used on an analytical level in the battlefield. It wasn't too long before she was deemed fit to command the forces of Blue Moon.
Julia was then assigned to Blue Moon's Black Ops forces, under Colonel Timonshenko, for her rather vast knowledge of different terrains, even Urban based ones. Little is actually known about the time Julia spent commanding the Black Ops forces, as there is very little of it still documented, and all of it remains highly classified. However, it is currently known that 3 years ago, Julia discovered some of the corrupt actions the unit was performing at the time, and reported them to Blue Moon high command. An investigation soon discovered many of the Black Ops more recent actions were not only highly against orders, but in some cases even illegal. Timonshenko was court-martialed and dishonourably discharged, as were many of the higher ranking operatives.
Aftermath
Once the whole ordeal was over the the Black Ops team was reorganized, Julia found herself being promoted to her former commander's place for her assistance in bringing the corruption to light. However, she soon decided to leave the Blue Moon forces, saying she had become sick of the armed forces and decided to leave, though it is suspected there was more to it than that. For the next three years, Julia decided to settle down into the Alara mountains near a sleepy Village, until 3 years later when she decided she wanted to aid Blue Moon once again.
Personality
The one thing that most people remember Julia for is her unyielding love for nature, especially scenic landscapes. In the field of battle, she is calm, and prefers to make thought out decisions. However, she is generally unwilling to talk much about her past, unless it is necessary. It is currently unknown why that is.
