Science Funding

Science Funding was an effect technology developed by Yellow Comet. It increased the number of technology slots for the country by three in each area (effect, emplacement and offensive), and also increased the rate in which technologies could be researched. It was removed in 2010 as part of the technology reforms placed upon all canon countries.
