Sigurd Wessels was a memeber of SMART. He was in charge of security in their lab in Yellow Comet.

History
Little is known about Sigurd. It is known that he was in charge of protecting the laboratory in Yellow Comet, which fell to Yellow Comet and Green Earth troops. He was the one who destroyed the ADS, as well as the witness of Akemi and Reagan's fight, ending in the former's suicide.
Sigurd disappeared after the SMART conflict, never to be seen or heard from. He was thought to have CO Powers, but it is unknown if they surfaced. As such, he was never granted the rank of CO.
Personality
A simple sort, Sigurd would tell things exactly as they were rather than try and overcomplicate things.

None really, he just got on with his superiors and underlings as regular colleagues.
