History
Silicon was an inventor for hire. A scientific genius from Orange Star, he was found by SMART and started being paid to come up with new weapon ideas. Among his inventions were the Hoverflak, the Advanced Personnel Transport, the Lancer, the Frigate, the Stratodestroyer, the Yu and the ADS. He grew very attached to his inventions and his CO Powers developed around his creations.
Silicon was involved in Plamya's kidnapping of Procella. He was more adverse to harming her, but still participated in torturing her. When Lorin arrived to rescue Procella, he escaped. Malyshev would later reveal that Blue Moon in Macro Land had hired him.
Personality
Cold and calculating, Silicon only really seemed happy inventing. He was also something of a chessmaster, planning SMART's next move way ahead of time. It is possible that he made plans for if SMART went belly-up, which is why he's one of the few surviving COs.

Nobody had a relationship of any sort with Silicon.
