History
The Origins
Born in Nugoslavian state 32 years ago, to a immingrant Moonian father and Nugoslavian mother, Stevan did not receive the best aids to begin with in his life. The wild and somewhat anarchistic nature of Nugoslavia presented a harsh reality to grow in for a family of immigrant of dubious nature, disliked Serb and their mixed son. On top of that, his father's family abandoned him for refusing to follow family traditions and agreements with their former home nation. But through hard work and persistence, Gavrilov family eventually carved out their fortune. Stevan's father works as a mid-level official in the local government, and Stevan used to help him with that as a PR assistant, until his emerging CO powers convinced both Stevan and his parents to consider a career in the CDF instead.
Present
Stevan did not see any combat during his short posting in Ozark during the Second Dakota War. Later on, he worked with Thor and was left in charge during the initial Macro Land invasion of Green Earth, covering the retreat. As of now, he has resigned with the declaration of the kingdom of Green Earth, citing personal values dissonance with his would-be employer.
Relations
Stevan maintains professional relationships to his colleagues, for he saw little to no reason to acquaint himself with such recently met people. He also is rather annoyed towards Thor for spoiling the ideals of the Coalition.
Skills
Day-to-Day
Stevan prefers to use more economic units, thus all units costing less than 10 000G under his command receive am ultiplier of x1/1.2. On the other hand, units more costly than 10 000G suffer a penalty and receive a modifier of x1/0.9.
CO Powers
COP: Rallying Cry Stevan holds a short yet influencing speech to his men and local population, making the latter take arms and join his cause with the strength of three Collaborator Infantry and two Collaborator Mech units. Cheap units receive a modifier of x1.1/1. All units receive a further modifier of x1.1/1.1.
SCOP: The Good Fight Stevan holds an inspiring speech fit for a king to his men and local population, urging them to push harder for his cause. The latter take arms and are delivered with combat equipment from friendly forces, forming up four Collaborator Mechs and four Collaborator Tanks. All units receive a modifier of x1.1/1.1 and a further one of x1.1/1.1. (Collaborator units are equal to normal units in stats, but any surviving units will turn down their arms and return to their civilian life after the battle is over. The special name is there to help distinguish them from the regulars. The units will gather behind friendly forces, so no "Surprise, eight hostiles behind your back!" moves.)
