Taylor Sullivan is a Commanding Officer from Green Earth, currently the Vice Admiral of the Green Earth navy.

History
Taylor was born in Portsmouth, Avalon, the daughter of Sir Edward Sullivan. She lived with her brother Geoffrey, Taylor's elder by six years, in an upper class background and received an upper class education. Despite her privileges, Taylor was very active in her youth, and involved herself with several middle or lower class groups. Her father, Sir Edward Sullivan, is a Conservative member who has devoted his life to matters of the nation. As a child, Taylor shared her father's patriotism, as was her brother Geoffrey. Edward quickly chose to groom his son, however, to follow his father's legacy in parliament, and it was a task he showed great ability for. This didn't stop her from being an outgoing and active child; while most would rather have played sports or listen to pop, she looked for orchestra and city matters. With Geoffrey already taking his place in politics at an early age, Taylor chose the military life. Her graduation into a commanding officer took place but a few days before the war between the Coalition and the CDF began.
After Thor's forces had won the war, Taylor was officially instated as duchess of Svenskavania and Avalon, as well as the Storadmiralen of Green Earth's navy (later known as 'Grand Admiral'). She helped implement a naval strategy between Green Earth and Yellow Comet.
When Adrian Sheppard (then Krigsherre) ordered her and a fellow commander, Lukas, to patrol the Blue-Moon border in fear of an enemy reprisal, her tent was caught by an artillery shell. While Lukas was killed, Taylor was recovered by two soldiers and brought back to health by Dr. Strauss in La Territoire D'oire. Her survival came at a price - a wide part of her head was burnt, with scars to last a lifetime, and she lost her right arm, replaced with a cybernetic limb.
Personality
Taylor is often engrossed in her work. She prefers to spend time working or planning her next action, but her upbringing has made her accustomed to waiting around for social obligations. She is often prim and proper, and conditioned to respond to people politically. She is always formal, even when her own opinion disagrees with flattery. Though there are times when she lets traces of her real sentiments slip out, it's not obvious when this is accidental or deliberate.
Relationships
Taylor's strongest relationship is with Adrian Sheppard. He trusts her as a political liasion between the military and the confederation's leaders. The two have co-operated and spoken on multiple occasions, each moment leaving her pleased or impressed. She is confident that Green Earth is in good hands for the time being, and still remembers Adrian's visit when she had awoken from her coma after the shelling.
With Blitz, she has made little effort to see past the wall she has built around her. They get along as well as anyone else when working together, but Blitz has successfully kept her out.
Taylor's time as duchess of Avalon and Svenskavania, plus a politically active youth, has made her a natural acquaintance of several political figures from outside the military. She is particularly popular in Svenskavania, and welcome in Avalon.
As children, Taylor felt familiar with her brother, yet as their skills matured they became more distant. Uncertain with her lot in life before enrolling into the military, Taylor was envious of Geoffrey's apparent destiny; his fortune was a constant motivation for her to find her own, both in her childhood and in her present. Given the military's rising significance in everyday Earthian politics, Geoffrey has gone out of his way to contact his sister almost weekly, whether she was interested or not.
