Tiago Viteri is a Commanding Officer and second-in-command for Green Earth in Macro Land.

Background
Tiago originates from the Green Earth province of Iberia in Macro Land. From a young age he had wanted to join the forces, so upon leaving school at 18 he was accepted straight into the Combined Forces Officer Academy, where his abilities manifested. Since graduating at the age of 22, he has been a CO for Green Earth for five years, and has been Felix Klossner's General for eighteen months of that time.
Personality
Tiago comes across as quite camp at times, and usually makes no effort to mask it when it comes across. Typically, he is quite a happy person, although has a very vicious streak when somebody upsets him or his colleagues.
