Time Zones
From AWRPedia
The time zones of Cosmo Land vary, depending upon position along longitudinal lines, much like time zone differences on earth. There are five time zones, working from CMT +2 (Orange Star), to CMT -1.5 (Yellow Comet). Cosmo Median Time is the baseline for all other time zones.

Western Cosmo Time (WCT) - CMT +2
Western Cosmo Time, two hours ahead of CMT, is named simply because only the westernmost areas of Cosmo Land run to this time. Grey Meteor, its former territories and the western seaboard of Orange Star are the only areas of land to run to WCT.

Cometian Time (CT) - CMT -1.5
Cometian Time, one and a half hours behind CMT, is the only time zone to cover an entire country (barring offshore territories). It is unique in that it is the only time zone in a half-hour increment; this is due to the time zone being used by the entirity of Yellow Comet's six mainland provinces.
