Appearance

Short, coming up to 5'3 height, with an athletic build. A balaclava conceals from his neck to his nose. Unkept, light bròwn hair. He wears a duster jacket and sometimes carries an old strategy book, with dried stains on the cover. Despite being born a Moonian, he has a decent Starrian accent.

Personality

Confident in his own abilities. His behaviour swings between extremes; from enthusiasm to insensitivity, or from content to instability. While usually disciplined in military stratagem, he often seems unfocused.

History

Tyke was born into a Blue Moon family that was proud and vocal about their beliefs. His father, with both the safety of his son and his hopes for the nation at stake, tried to protect both. He sent Tyke away to his friend in Orange Star, Anton Chekhov, at the age of 9. Yet barely a month after the child arrived, both his parents were killed by looters in a robbery attempt on his house. Tyke heard of it by phone, on the one and only day before the story disappeared from Blue Moon entirely.

Chekhov became his guardian until Tyke was of age, though there was little he could do to console the boy. Though he continued to bond with him and many others, he never accepted the loss of his family. Perhaps that is why he enrolled in Orange Star Academy the moment he reached adulthood.

The boy proved to be a natural. He passed through academy quickly, being among the few to graduate to Commander quicker than almost any of his peers. His instructors reported how familiar he seemed to completely new situations in training, and how enthusiastically he took to them. One instructor described it as "ravenous". His CO Power, emerging in only his second week, was yet another surprise.

Skills

- Top physical condition - Adept in jujitsu, knife combat, and multiple firearms.

Relationships

The first person Tyke met at Orange Star was Horatio. He shares his enthusiasm for intelligence, and enjoys working with him.

Warfield's strictness and desire for authority does not mesh well with Tyke's free spirit. He often walks a tightrope between appeasing him and opposing him, in what little ways a subordinate can.

Dune is someone who Tyke feels should he should be getting along with as poorly as Warfield, yet somehow the boy has found a person to relate to in this aged advisor. Kane has been more accepting of Tyke's tendencies, and of his disinterest in certain aspects of the commander role - for this, Tyke is glad he is here.

Suzi has perhaps had the most to say on Tyke. He often pines for social time with her, much to her dismay. Despie how irritated or disinterested Suzi has acted, he has yet to be deterred from asking for more.

Tyke and Madison have not had much interaction, but though he thinks she lacks some of Suzi's vivacity, he looks forward to working with her in the future.

At the fifth International Meeting, as held by Orange Star, Tyke got to meet with K.O of Blue Moon. He does not think highly of Koel, finding him meek. But he remembers him well, and looks forward to meeting him again.

CO Power
Bully Bully Butcher
Tyke's units suddenly feel a taste for battle. During Tyke's turn, any damage a unit deals when attacking an enemy heals its HP for the amount of damage dealt. (For instance, if a 3 HP mech attacks a 5HP Recon and makes it lose 2 HP, the mech gains 2 HP.) Health is added before the counterattack. Damage dealt during counterattacks does not heal. Super CO Power
Manhunt
Tyke's units feel their commander's haste. If an attacking unit destroys an enemy unit, then it is allowed to move again. It can only work once per unit - a unit that destroys two units during Manhunt cannot go on to destroy a third.

Standard CO Boosts do not apply for Manhunt.
