History
There is very little information about Vogel, apart from the fact he formed and lead SMART until his death. He got himself elected as the head of Grey Meteor, forming a new regime where the common people worked purely for SMART and were payed in SMART-produced goods instead of money. Forming a massive private army, he then had his underlings invade the other countries of Cosmo Land.
Eventually the nations of Cosmo Land had enough and launched their counterattack. He led the SMART forces personally, tagging with Reagan. In the end, his citadel was breached by Maria, Dart, Petr, Lorin, Viola, Thor, Madison and Ken. In his only meeting with the COs, there was a brief powercut during which Dart swung his axe and decapitated the SMART President.
Personality
Vogel was solely interested in two things - power and profits. As such, he was completely lacking in morales and would justify any action so long as SMART was better for it, right up to killing his COs.
Relationships
Vogel was completely detached from people, but placed great trust in Reagan. She was the closest thing he had to a friend.
Skills
Day-to-day: All units have normal strength.
CO Power: Private Army: Each unit gets another one of its kind deployed next to it, ready to move. The new units are on 2HP a piece. All units go up to 110/110 strength.
Super CO Power: Regeneration: All units can move again and have 150/150 stats. All units fight as if they were on 10HP.
